This package gives you up to 2 hours in your home with our expert property stager, plus a written home staging report designed to sell your home and costs just £250 for properties of up to 4 bedrooms. During the consultation we get to know you and your selling needs and timescales before walking around the property with you from room to room and taking photos for reference.
We will view your home as a buyer would and will give you honest and impartial feedback about how it currently comes across. Using our expert knowledge and property staging experience we will suggest changes that will make your property stand out from the competition however big or small these may be. We will then send you a comprehensive report detailing these suggestions for you to action which could include buying additional accessories, removing personal possessions, redecorating or de-cluttering as well as re-styling. The report will be styling suggestions, not a list of specific pieces of furniture or accessories.
We do understand that you may not have the time to make these changes or that you’d rather we made them for you. If this is the case we can happily and professionally manage the whole transformation with our Full Staging Service.
